The driver went above and beyond explaining to me what was going to happen as I thought it was just a simple pull me out of the ditch. Right away he offered to let me sit in the warm truck as I was very cold from sitting there for so long. He was very professional and courteous. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it very efficiently. He did a GREAT Job!!!! If I could give him 10 stars ??? out of 5 I would!!! Considering we were blocking traffic he was very efficient doing his job doing exactly what was needed to pull my truck out of the ditch without doing any damage to my truck and very knowledgeable about his job. Thank you very much!!!

I needed a tow truck 2/8/25, in the PM. Triple A let me down. I called North Shore towing. They We’re very prompt and very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Dude got woken up at 1am and agreed to come way up past Silverdale to tow me back home all the way out in Tahuya and couldn’t have been nicer or more friendly about it. Friendly and speedy service at all hours of the night. Greatly appreciated.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and helped get a tow truck driver out to me asap. The driver got me to the location I needed to go quickly and safely, and even helped push my dead van into the tight driveway. & my dog liked him immediately. So 5 stars!
